TECNICAL SHEET:
A dry almond kernel obtained from shelling off marcona variety almonds. Considered the most quality almonds variety worldwide, this one is very productive and has a later maturation that needs a cross-pollination.
Almond in-shell is uniform and has a rounded form. Its fruit is hard.
Sensorial features:
- Qualification: Ecologic or conventional
- Colour: Light brown.
- Taste: Completely sweet, not bitter.

- Out of grade: < 4%
- Twins: < 2%
- Broken or damaged: < 1%
Chemical characteristics:
- Mosture: < 6,5%
- Aflatoxines: B1 < 2ppb. – B1,B2,G1,G2: < 4ppb.

Selected: whole kernel
Unselected: whole kernel with a maximum rate of 10% of broken pieces
