Processed almonds are suitable for a lot of elaboration processes as artisan or manufacturing pastry. Carelessly, we choose Marcona and Comuna almonds batches to obtain an optimal result, a zero-fault-almond.

 

 

Sensorial features:

  • Qualification:  Ecologic or conventional
  • Colour:    An intense and uniform white.
  • Taste:       Complety sweet, not bitter.

Visual appareances:

  • Out of grade: < 4%
  • Twins: < 2%
  • Broken or  damaged: < 1%

Chemical characteristics:

  • Mosture: < 6,5%
  • Aflatoxines: B1 < 2ppb. – B1,B2,G1,G2: < 4ppb.

  • Blanched Valencias: S/14 i 12/14
  • Blanched Marcona: S/16, 14/16
  • Marcona and Valencia half-pieces and diced almond
  • Ground almond: Marcona and Common.
